How to Care for Your NiceAces Bags
Avoid harsh solvents such as alcohol, acetone, and oil, which could harm the exterior of your bag.
Our bags are made of high quality material and are easy to maintain. They should be dusted with a dry or slightly damp lint-free cloth and mild soap.
Be cautious when wearing denim and other dark fabrics, as they can transfer onto the lighter colored bags.
Are your bags genuine leather?
After years of research and material testing, we decided to produce bags with high quality vegan or synthetic leather. This material is lightweight, helps the bags keep their shape, increases their water resistance and makes the bags more durable for outdoor activities.
Can you ship internationally?
We currently ship internationally and the shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout.

How can I check the status of my order?
You’ll be able to see order details and shipping information for all your orders. After your order ships, we’ll email you with your tracking information. You’ll also be able to see it in your order history. If you need help for further information or questions please contact our customer service at support@NicceAces.com.
Can I exchange my order?
If your original purchase is new and unused, you can exchange one item for another. Please contact us at support@NiceAces.com and we will send you a return label and at the same time we will begin processes the shipping for the new item. If your new preferred item is less expensive than your original purchase you will be refunded for the cost difference. If your new item is more expensive than your original purchase we will send you an invoice for any potential cost difference. You can also choose to receive your refund as credit, which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly and seamlessly.
I want to return my item, what should I do?
If you wish to return your item, please drop us a message and we will be happy to help.
Do we ship to P.O.Boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses at this time, any orders made to such an address will be refunded.

How long does it take to ship?
Prior to shipment, order processing normally takes 24 – 48 hours. Shipping via UPS Ground within the contiguous United States takes 1 – 5 days. Shipping by UPS to Alaska and Hawaii takes 3 – 7 days. We also offer express shipping at checkout at additional cost.
