EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We hope you’re delighted with your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, We accept returns of unused items, you may request a return for your item(s) within 30 days. NiceAces stands by all of our products. For merchandise shipped within the USA, we offer easy returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
If the order shows delivered on logistic website but not received:
1) If the delivered address is different from the shipping address left on the order and confirmed by the carrier it was delivered to the wrong address, the order will be fully refunded or replaced within 3 business days.
2) If the delivered address is the same as the shipping address left on orders, and NiceAces will only provide proof of delivery, the refund request will be denied.
To begin a return or exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your 1) Order Number 2) Reason for Return 3) Choice of Return, Exchange. A returns fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and restocking fees. There are no fees for Exchange.
Product returned must be in the exact same condition as they were received. We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements, i.e. found to be damaged, shows signs of wear or use, or is without original tags, straps or packaging.
Please note we do not accept any liability if the product is lost or damaged during its return passage to us. Once your return has been delivered to our returns center, it can take up to 14 business days for it to be processed and for your refund to be issued. The refund will go to the payment method used when originally placing the order.
